Follow these steps to sign up for Astrid as a Care Team Member.
The Astrid sign up process consist of two parts. First, registering your account. Then, choosing your subscription frequency. This tutorial will provide the steps to complete each part of the sign up process.
For this example, we will register as a Care Coach / Mentor. However, These steps are the same for adding any other care team member (ie; Caregiver, Doctor, Therapist, Dietitian, Teacher, Family Member, etc.)
After a successful registration occurs, you will be redirected to the sign in screen where you can use the credentials that you created during this tutorial to sign into Astrid.
Once you are signed into your Astrid account, you will be presented with a pop-up window asking you to choose your subscription type. From the subscription pop up view, select your desired subscription frequency (Monthly or Annual). Then click the “Subscribe” button.
If you have a discount code, enter your discount code into the field labeled “Coupon Code”. Then, click “Add Discount Code” to apply the discount.
If you do not have a discount code, you can skip the next step.
You can confirm that the discount has been applied successfully by reviewing the “Active Coupons” list. In addition, the subscription price should now reflect the discount.
Next, enter your billing information and then click “Add Card”. NOTE: This is required for all subscriptions even if your subscription price is zero.
Once your billing information has been added, click on the blue “Subscribe” button.
Congratulations! You have completed the Astrid sign up process! You are now ready to join and support a Care Team!
